When can I ask for a refund?
Refunds are only possible if there was a technical issue during your ordering process. Once a code has been sent and received by you in a valid state, it is not possible to return nor receive a refund. For more information, please consult our Return Policy.
How long does it take to get my money back if I paid with a credit card?
If your payment was canceled and no order was delivered, it means your payment was not received by us and you will be directly refunded. The refund will show on your account after a maximum of 1-3 working days. Please note that a declined payment might be marked as "pending" or "reserved". This will be removed after a certain time, depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company.
How to activate my product key?
You may have noticed that games can be activated on different platforms. Please be aware that some games might not be available globally or would work in particular regions only. You will find all of this information on the product page. Make sure you choose the right region and suitable platform before processing your purchase.
Can I still place another order if the refund process started?
Please wait minimum 48 hours before trying to create another order.
Why do I have to verify myself?
